A Beginning Conversation on How Therapists Can Bless Pastors and How Pastors Can Bless Therapists
Calling all Bay Area Christian Mental Health Professionals and Pastors!
Gather with us for a time of fellowship and connect with pastors and Christian mental health professionals around the Bay Area. Join us for a panel discussion on how God has created partnership in serving the Body of Christ.
- Pastors, we hope for this to be a space to hear more about the work of mental health professionals and to envision better how mental health professionals can be of support to your church. Learn how to support them, share what’s on your heart for serving your church, and receive encouragement from the community.
- Therapists, we hope for this to be a space for you to get to know pastors, share with them about the work that you do, and explore how you can partner and support the work that they do in shepherding and caring for the church.
We hope our time together can build unity in the Body of Christ and in the ways we support and work together with each other. Our program will include a panel discussion, small group time, large group sharing, prayer together, and networking time. If you are a therapist, please consider inviting your pastors. If you are a pastor, please consider inviting therapists from your congregation.
Light refreshments will be provided. Please register so that we can have a headcount of how much food to prepare. Please also note that this gathering does not include childcare.
