About Our Directory

FindaChristianTherapist.com is a project of the Christian Therapy Collaborative. Our goal is to build a free, comprehensive directory of Christian therapists, starting with the San Francisco Bay Area. We want to make it easy for local churches to find qualified therapists for people in their community during their times of need. Our directory is currently available as a BETA version. We welcome you to take it for a test drive!

The CTC directory is free to join and is by invitation only to ensure that all names in the directory are real people who are trusted by other therapists. Our directory is open to Bay Area Christian therapists of all denominations and theological views, across the political spectrum. We believe that God uses a wide diversity of therapists to reach a wide diversity of needs. Yet we all are united by our faith in Christ, as affirmed throughout the centuries by the Nicene Creed and/or Apostles Creed. Therapists in the directory are required to update their availability monthly, so that users can quickly find therapists who have openings to take on new clients.

Join Us

We are building a community, not just a directory. If you are a Bay Area Christian therapist, we welcome you to join us at our next event. We would love to have a chance to meet you! While the directory is free to join and run by volunteers, there are of course on-going administrative costs to keep it running.
